Microsoft Outlook is a powerful email client that allows users to manage their emails, appointments, tasks, and contacts efficiently. Sometimes, you may need to export email data from Outlook for various reasons, such as creating backups, migrating to a different email client, or archiving important conversations. Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer and ensure you are connected to the email account from which you want to export the data.
